PR Search prsearch.biz/inbx.php	Enter a URL and this site quickly returns the number of backlinks in Google, Yahoo, MSN, AltaVista, AlltheWeb and HotBot. The tool is fast and easy to use.
urtltrends urltrends.com	This beta product provides you with backlink info from Google, Yahoo, MSN and Alexa. If also an overview of the site including PR, Alexa Rank, DMOZ listing status and more.
Bad Neighborhood bad-neighborhood.com	This tool examines your site's links and identifies any that are questionable. Sites that are not indexed in Google are identified.

Backlink Anchor Text Analyzer webconfs.com/anchor-text-analysis.php	This great little tool will list the backlinks to a site along with the link text used. Useful tool for analysis as search engines may penalize you for an "unnatural" distribution of link text. Yahoo links are used. The tool does a good job, but only looks at 10 links per page. Can a pretty slow process for a site with many links.

C Class Link Analysis

C Class Backlink Analyzer Tool webuildpages.com/cclass	Enter a URL and this great tool will list all the backlinks to the site with their IP address. The report includes totals for unique domain names, unique IP addresses, and unique C classes
Web Rank Info webrankinfo.com/english/tools/class-c-checker.php	This utility allows you to enter up to 10 URLs. It will then identify the sites that are hosted on the same IP or the same c class. It is generally accepted that Google no longer gives full credit for multiple links from the same site, IP or c-class.
